Reservation, Registration, and Payment

It is strongly recommended to book your activities in advance. Registrations are made by reservation or with our reservation center before your stay, depending on availability and subject to our acceptance.
If you make your reservation with our head office less than 15 days before your stay, only payment by credit card (VAD) will be taken into account for your registration. This therefore becomes final after receipt of your payment. By registering, you acknowledge having been informed and accepting our general conditions of sale.
Cancellation

• D - 72h: 50% of the total amount due
• D - 48h: 100% of the total amount due

As part of the health situation inherent to the Covid, we are relaxing our cancellation conditions with a full refund up to D-72h. In the event of border closure or re-containment, we will reimburse fully within D-24 hours. If you contract the Covid, we will reimburse you for all the activities reserved on presentation of a medical certificate.

- Any service interrupted or not consumed due to an insufficient physical and / or technical level cannot be reimbursed - If the student is unable to attend the activity at the scheduled time or date or whatever the reasons for interruption, no complaint will be accepted.
